Dan Pritchett, Chief Technology Officer, Rearden Commerce

 Dan  Pritchett

A highly regarded technologist, Dan Pritchett brings more than 25 years of engineering experience to Rearden Commerce after working with some of the most well-known technology companies of our day. In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Dan is tasked with creating solutions for the unique set of challenges that go with scaling the Rearden Commerce platform to accommodate rapid growth.

Previously Dan was a lead architect engineer at eBay where he was responsible for integrating the catalog's functionality, re-architecting the billing system and structuring the architecture for integration across all of eBay’s 19 companies. Due to the significant accomplishments he achieved, he was designated to become one of the seven Technical Fellows at eBay.

Prior to his tenure at eBay, Dan consulted on foundational Internet infrastructure for many well-known companies such as Chase, Sun, HP, Electronic Arts, and the Federal Home Loan Bank.

Early in his career, Dan was a software engineer at Sun Microsystems; working on the desktop email application. Prior to this, Dan developed for ESL, where he had a heavy emphasis on geographical data modeling.

Dan is frequently asked to speak at technical events. In the past he has been featured at InfoQ (2x), Colorado Software Summit (2x), Dr. Dobbs Software Conference, and local Java SIGs.

Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Missouri, Rolla.

For the past 20 years, Hans has been working with infrastructure hardware and software at pioneering Silicon Valley companies including Sun Microsystems, Yahoo, eBay, and TIBCO Software. The systems that Hans has been designing, implementing, and evangelizing are often very large scale distributed systems based on leading edge technologies. Hans is a subject matter expert in Enterprise Architecture and Integration, Enterprise Search, and more specifically the emergence of Web Services standards, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Event Driven Architecture (EDA)

Michael Kopp, Technology Strategist, dynaTrace

 Michael  Kopp Michael Kopp has over 10 years of experience as an architect and developer in the Java/JEE space. He currently works as a technology strategist in the dynaTrace center of excellence. He specializes in architecture and performance of large scale production deployments with a special focus on virtualization and cloud. In this role he influences the dynaTrace product strategy and works closely with key customers in implementing Application Performance Management across the entire life cycle. Before joining dynaTrace he has been the Chief Architect at GoldenSource. He is a frequent speaker at technology conferences on performance and architecture related topics, a published author and regularly publishes articles on blog.dynatrace.com.

Tom Lubinski, founder and CEO, SL Corporation

Tom Lubinski has dedicated his career to graphical visualization systems, focusing in the early 1980’s on process command and control systems, and evolving that deep visualization experience to today’s large-scale, highly distributed enterprise applications. Over the past 8 years, Tom’s direct involvement with the world’s largest companies to solve their Application Performance Monitoring challenges has resulted in an incomparable level of expertise in dealing with applications that demand the real-time data transfer and visualization of potentially large volumes of data. Tom founded SL Corporation in 1983 and is currently the company’s president and CEO.

Tyler Jewell, VP Product Management for Oracle's Platform as a Service

Tyler’s software career spans 20 years in R&D, marketing, services, and corporate development. Prior to Oracle, he was at Quest Software as PM and Investment Manager. His investments include AppHarbor, AwayFind, Skydera, and WSO2. As a PM, he held leadership positions for products in emerging markets, including Quest’s applications, monitoring, virtualization and cloud divisions. He’s managed Foglight (Gartner’s APM leaders quadrant), vRanger (the #1 selling virtualization backup solution), and JProbe (the best selling Java profiling tool). Prior to Quest, Tyler was a founder and investor in InfoQ.com, GM of The Middleware Company (sold to TechTarget), and a Java technologist at BEA (acquired by Oracle), TRGi (acquired by BEA) , and Talarian (acquired by Tibco).

Tyler has a CS and Economics degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is a co-author of 3 books on Java and Web Services.
