Asa Technology Evangelist at Amazon, Jinesh Varia helps businesses take advantageof disruptive technologies like Cloud Computing that are changing the waybusinesses compete in the new web world. Jinesh has spoken at more than 150 conferences and UserGroups around the world. His passion lies in architecture, design and XMLWeb services. He is focused on furthering awareness of web services and oftenhelps developers and architects in Start-ups, Enterprises and Universitiesleverage Amazon’s innovative services.

Jineshhas over 15 years experience in XML and Web services and has worked withstandards-based working groups in XBRL. Prior to joining Amazon as anevangelist, he held several positions in UBmatrix including SolutionsArchitect, Enterprise Team Lead and Software engineer, working on variousfinancial services projects including Call Modernization Project at FDIC. He wasalso lead developer at Penn State Data Center, Institute of Regional Affairs. Jinesh’s publications have beenpublished in ACM and IEEE. How can on-demand nature of cloud help you in building, testing, integrating and deploying new code so that your systems never stop?

Continuous delivery, Continuous integration and Continuous deployment are terms that often used to describe this process. How is cloud computing contributing to this “movement”?

In this session, Jinesh Varia will discuss several patterns and highlight several facts and examples within Amazon.com and Amazon Web Services customers that you as developer and architect can easily incorporate and implement. He will cover different variants of the Blue Green Deployment pattern that we use today in our industry and discuss the new cloud-powered software development lifecycle.
