Two options if you can no longer attend in person: transfer the ticket to another person (deadline Friday, November 13, 2026, transfer fee waived, email info@qconsf.com), or watch the sessions through the 12-month online access included with the in-person ticket. - Training refunds: trainings are refundable up to and including Monday, September 21, 2026, no questions asked. No training refunds from September 22, 2026. - Visa invitation letters: request at least five business days before the event.
