Abstract: This presentation will present a brief overview of MySpace.com's web-platform architecture with a primary focus on many of the custom tools and systems designed to administer, monitor and troubleshoot the site's thousands of servers.

Dan Farino is the Chief Systems Architect at MySpace.com where he is responsible for designing and implementing the infrastructure required to maintain the site's thousands of servers.

His specialties include C# and the .NET platform, C++, low-level debugging and application- and database-performance architecture.

Dan has designed and implemented many of MySpace.com's custom performance-monitoring, profiling and live-debugging tools.
