Payal is the Senior Director, Solution Engineering at Freshworks. She oversees the Americas (NA & LATAM) solutions engineering team that provides innovative solutions for customers leveraging the Freshworks platform. A veteran of solution engineering strategies, she builds high-performing teams that align with GTM sales strategies and partners with sales and product leaders to accelerate company growth. As President and Co-Founder of Freshworks WISE (Women in Solution Engineering), she helps develop, network, and nurture a diverse group of women within the solution engineering organization by creating programs that educate, encourage, and foster this strong and underrepresented community.
