Abstract
Behind every productivity leap is a rock-solid platform. Go under the hood with Intuit’s GenOS team to see how vector stores, prompt management, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration come together to serve ~100 million users. You’ll leave knowing which components to build, buy, or borrow—and how to scale from pilot to enterprise without sacrificing governance or cost control.
Interview
This session will provide an insight into the platform capabilities required for powering AI Agent development at scale.
As we understand how to leverage AI Agents into product experiences, this topic provides the right understanding of what goes behind developing reliable Agents at scale with outcomes achieved.
There are quite a few skills software engineers need to pick up to transition to effective AI engineers. There are also new challenges with designing systems that incorporate AI Agents into existing enterprise ecosystems. This session covers both.
I hope that attendees will walk away with clear visibility into the challenges in developing reliable agents at scale and have an understanding of the capabilities that will enable them to overcome them.
QCon is a conference that brings together industry leaders to share insights into the latest technologies with a practitioner view. Builders greatly benefit from both learning what’s new and how it applies to them.
Topics
QCon San Francisco 2025 is a three day conference for senior software engineers, architects and team leads. An international program committee of working engineers selects every session. Patterns and practices, not products and pitches.
