Presentation: "Adopting Agile Practices"

Time: Wednesday 17:15 - 18:15

Location: City Room

Abstract:

Knowing the definition of an Agile practice such as TDD is completely different than adopting that practice and getting to the point where it is a comfortable and useful skill.

In this presentation we will review some of the key technical Agile practices, what it takes to successfully adopt these practices and, just as importantly, what it looks like when these practices go wrong.

You will come away from this talk with multiple strategies to help you adopt and adapt several Agile practices.
