Learning from Experience

This track will cover wide-ranging experiences (including perplexing problems, surprising solutions, unanticipated failures, unexpected victories) and challenging issues encountered while trying to bring Agile practices into a given project, and, more importantly, what was learned.
The intent is that this will be somewhat like a "retrospective" track - by discussing the range of our experiences, we can learn from them and do better.
