Diana grows innovators and innovations through a laser focus on human needs. As Director of the Innovation Enablement team at Citrix, she leads efforts to develop a network of customer-focused innovators inside the corporation. She and her team run SparkPark, a quarter-long incubator optimized to grow intrapreneurs along with their innovation projects. She collaborates with the Citrix Startup Accelerator to drive the Innovators Program for external startups and internal innovation teams. Diana mentors innovation teams, especially b2b and social benefit projects. Diana holds a doctorate in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University.
