Challenges in Agile (and how to overcome them)

Host: Jutta Eckstein

Agile approaches are now widely accepted. Many projects around the world are using Scrum, XP, Crystal Methodologies, or other known or self-made agile methods. However, not every project is succeeding using agility. The reason could be that the project is facing challenges such as an inflexible environment, for instance an existing database schema, or that it is difficult for the team to apply the agile practices.

In this track we want to present different challenges an agile project can be facing and the experts in the field will share their experiences on how to overcome those challenges and be successful with an agile approach.
