Mob Programming is the whole team working on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer. In this session, we will live code using mob programming. You’ll leave with enough knowledge to mob program when you get back to work.

Retrospectives are the tool for team optimization. Learn by doing in this session – we will introduce a framework for retrospectives and then run one, using participants’ recent workweek as the input. You’ll leave with the ability to run your own retrospective and optimize your team.
