Shine Garg is a former Staff Software Engineer with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling backend, data, machine learning, and platform systems in high-growth environments. In her most recent engineering role, she led the design and delivery of critical platform and architectural systems used across an organization of more than 400 engineers, receiving three patents for that work.

She is now the founder of Uncharted Path Breakthroughs, where she coaches Senior, Staff, and Principal engineers navigating ambiguity, expanding their scope, strengthening their technical judgment, and building influence across organizational boundaries.
