Built to Outlast: Cultivating a Culture of Resilience

In the tech industry, where the only constant is change, the companies and individuals who survive the longest are those who have learned to reinvent themselves over and over again by learning to thrive in chaos and uncertainty. This talk explores the multifaceted nature of resilience, offering actionable principles for navigating the rapidly shifting landscape of technology. We’ll delve into how individual contributors can build resilience amid frequent tech updates and shifts.

We’ll also discuss strategies for maintaining composure and clarity when faced with organizational upheaval, leadership transitions, or unexpected layoffs. Through personal stories of overcoming adversity, you'll learn how to cultivate a resilient mindset that can weather any storm - and how to build a more resilient culture in your organization. Finally, we’ll explore the exciting yet daunting challenge of guiding teams through the adoption of AI, turning uncertainty into opportunity.

Whether you’re facing technological changes, organizational turbulence, or personal challenges, this session provides the tools and inspiration needed to stand the test of time.
